You can cancel your reservation free of charge within 7 days of the booking date. This 7-day period is an exception to the General Terms and Conditions of Thuiswinkel.org, where the right of withdrawal is 14 days. However, this right does not apply to ChaletsPlus, as we provide services that involve offering accommodation on a specific date. By law, these services are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Pou must submit your cancellation through our contact form ncluding your reservation number. If applicable, we will refund the amount already paid to ChaletsPlus within 7 business days.
